Review, compare, and approve or reject change requests submitted by your team.
When someone submits a change request and assigns you as a reviewer, Decube notifies you by email with a direct link to the request. You can also find all pending requests from the Requests tab in the left navigation.
Open the change request — either via the email link or by navigating to the Requests tab.
At the top of the asset, click View All Changes to see a summary of every field that has been modified in this request.
Look for the highlighted tabs on the asset (Overview, Schema, Lineage, Documentation, etc.). Any tab that contains a proposed change is marked so you can quickly see where to focus.
Click a highlighted tab to inspect the changes. Within each tab, the specific attributes that were modified are also highlighted — for example, a changed description field or an updated data owner.
To compare a changed field against what it looked like before, toggle Show previous version at the top of the page. The view switches to the previous state so you can review exactly what was there before the change was requested. Toggle back to return to the proposed version.
When you're ready to decide:
Click Approve to accept the changes and publish them.
Click Reject to decline the changes.

Only the reviewer assigned to a change request can approve or reject it. If you are not the designated reviewer, the Approve and Reject actions are not available to you.
The Show previous version toggle lets you inspect any changed field side by side with what it looked like before the request was submitted. This applies to all asset tabs — Overview, Schema, and Documentation — as well as Glossary items.
For example, if a submitter updated the Description field and added a new Data Owner, you can:
See the updated description and data owner in the current (proposed) view.
Toggle Show previous version to confirm what the description said before, and verify that the data owner was not previously listed.

The same review experience applies to Glossary items. When a change request is raised against a Glossary term, highlighted fields indicate what was modified — including Description, Category, Classifications, and Related Terms. Use View All Changes for a full summary, and toggle Show previous version to compare any field before approving or rejecting.
Open the Requests tab in the left navigation. It lists all change requests where you are the assigned reviewer, along with their current status.
Decube highlights each tab that contains a proposed change. Click any highlighted tab to inspect the specific fields that were modified — those fields are highlighted within the tab as well.
Yes. Toggle Show previous version at the top of the change request to switch the view to the previous state of the asset. This works across all tabs and for both catalog assets and Glossary items. Toggle back at any time to return to the proposed version.
View All Changes opens a summary listing every field that has been modified in the change request. It gives you a single overview before you dive into individual tabs.
