Review, compare, and approve or reject change requests submitted by your team.
When someone submits a change request and assigns you as a reviewer, Decube notifies you by email with a direct link to the request. You can also find all pending requests from the Requests tab in the left navigation.
Review and decide on a change request
Open the change request — either via the email link or by navigating to the Requests tab.
Look for the yellow dot indicators on the asset tabs. These appear on every tab (Documentation, Schema, Lineage, etc.) where a change has been proposed.
Click a highlighted tab to inspect the proposed change. The Documentation tab always shows the latest proposed version first — toggle Show previous version to compare it against the current live version.
To see every proposed change in one view, click View All Changes.
When you're ready to decide:
Click Approve to accept the changes and publish them.
Click Reject to decline the changes.
Only the reviewer assigned to a change request can approve or reject it. If you are not the designated reviewer, the Approve and Reject actions are not available to you.
How do I find change requests assigned to me?
Open the Requests tab in the left navigation. It lists all change requests where you are the assigned reviewer, along with their current status.
How do I tell which tabs have pending changes?
Decube places a yellow dot on each tab that contains a proposed change. Click any highlighted tab to inspect the specific fields that were modified.
Can I compare the proposed version against what's currently live?
Yes. On the Documentation tab, Decube displays the latest proposed version by default. Toggle Show previous version to view the current live content side by side for comparison.
