Instance name - you can find this in the URL, eg. https://example
.service-now.com
Username - user account used to create ServiceNow incidents.
Password - Password for the user account above.
You will need to create a user account with a password which will be used to create incidents in ServiceNow - guide .
In the Config Settings > Default alerts, add a connection to ServiceNow. A pop-up will request for the user account from ServiceNow to be integrated as an alert channel.
Once an incident is triggered from the monitors set up in the , a ServiceNow incident will be created.
