ServiceNow
Incidents can be shown in ServiceNow for users to triage detected data issues, so that they are addressed in a timely manner.
This connector is in Beta.
Minimum Requirement
Instance name - you can find this in the URL, eg. https://
example
.service-now.comUsername - user account used to create ServiceNow incidents.
Password - Password for the user account above.
You will need to create a user account with a password which will be used to create incidents in ServiceNow - guide here.
Setting up Notifications
In the Config Settings > Default alerts, add a connection to ServiceNow. A pop-up will request for the user account from ServiceNow to be integrated as an alert channel.
Once an incident is triggered from the monitors set up in the Config module, a ServiceNow incident will be created.
