Deactivate or re-activate users

Remove access for inactive users or reactivate when they're back.
To deactivate or re-activate a user, you will need to be in the Owner group or have the policy Manage access for organization (Edit).
Here's how you can deactivate or re-activate a user:

    Navigate to the My Account - User Management page.
  2. 2.
    On any Active user, click on the ellipsis option. You will see the option for Deactivate user.
    • For Inactive users, you will see the option to Re-activate user.
