Data Policy

Here's how we handle your data.

We practice a strict policy of not egressing any actual data from our customer's database, only metadata is scanned.

The only exceptions to this are:

• Within the Data Recon module where the datasets needed to be checked for differences have to be read. However, this is completely an opt-in-only module and we only scan datasets according to your configuration.

• When you click Accept on the Table Overview within an Asset Detail as some data will be egressed to run the profiler. This is also an opt-in-only feature.

How do we handle the data that we stored?

• Your metadata collected will only be stored up to 20 days.

• Data collected from a Data Recon job that was run will be stored up to 30 days.

• Data egressed for profiling purposes within Table Overview and Field Statistics will be deleted automatically at 12.00 AM UTC everyday.
